Position Overview

This is an excellent setting to gain knowledge about various neurological diseases while applying your nursing and critical thinking skills. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment, caring for patients with conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Guillain-Barré Syndrome.
Unit Information
As a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and the only Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit in the region, our facility sees many acute and complex cases. We utilize state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology in our evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments of seizures. Our multidisciplinary team highly values the skills, talents, and compassion of our nursing staff towards our diverse patient population.
Requirements
- Telemetry experience required
- Current RN License (New York License ONLY)
- Two (2) years of nursing experience
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
