Where the listings come from

Listings are supplied by employers and staffing agencies through Appcast, a job-advertising network. We normalize them into one consistent format — specialty, shift, contract length, location and pay — so that jobs from different agencies can be compared side by side. We do not write the listings and we do not employ nurses.

How often it updates

The full feed is re-ingested every 6 hours. Jobs that disappear from the feed are marked as filled rather than silently deleted, so a link you saved will always tell you what happened to that position.

How we make money

When you click Apply and complete an application on the employer's site, we may be paid a referral fee by that employer or agency. You are never charged, and the fee does not change the pay you are offered. Job ordering is driven by pay and relevance, not by what an employer pays us.
