Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in labor and delivery with Level 2 nursery experience, and possess strong skills in neonatal care.
Shifts
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Shifts start around 6:00 AM and go to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum and Level 2 nursery patients
- Assist in labor and delivery processes
- Utilize advanced monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety
- Participate in the development of nursing care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required
- Experience in a Level 2 NICU is required for day shift
- Skills in Intermediate Fetal Monitoring are required
Additional Information
Scrubs will be provided if needed. Otherwise, eggplant colored scrubs are expected.
