Job Opportunity – Pediatric Float ICU Registered Nurse – Georgia
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Weekend block (Friday–Sunday), days. Every other weekend required. Patient ratio 2-3:1. Holiday rotation required (either Thanksgiving or Christmas based on facility needs).

- Float position covering multiple ICU settings including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general care/specialty areas as needed
- Multi-campus assignments requiring flexibility and adaptability across two locations
- EPIC electronic medical records system in use
- Weekend-focused schedule with consistent block shifts
- Pediatric specialty environment serving diverse critical care populations
- Nicotine-free facility with mandatory drug screening and flu vaccine requirements (no exemptions)
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CICU required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU required
- PICU experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to float across multiple pediatric ICU settings and campuses
- Compliance with nicotine-free workplace policy and mandatory flu vaccination
- Ability to make up any missed shifts as required
