Requirements
- Active Arizona RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- AWHONN
- NIHSS
Facility Requirements
- Flu vaccine is mandatory (no exceptions)
- 100-mile radius rule: Travelers must live more than 100 miles from the facility
- Maximum of 3 requested days off (RTO) per 13-week contract
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment
