Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetric care.
Schedule
This position follows a unique schedule of 7 nights on, followed by 7 nights off (7p-7a, Thursday through Wednesday). Adjustments to the schedule may be made to accommodate self-scheduling preferences.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing; obstetric experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit.
- Utilize clinical judgment in assessing patient needs and implementing care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Location
This position is located in a facility in the city of your choice within the state.
