Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:15)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform accurate and safe medication passes.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes.
- Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.
- Provide quality nursing care according to facility policies.
- Supervise and coordinate with CNAs on assigned units.
- Deliver compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Requirements: Active New York State RN license required at the time of submission. Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience. Current BLS certification. Must be comfortable working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients in a secured memory/behavioral health unit. Must pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation. Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills. First-time travelers are welcome. Local candidates are accepted. Two verified professional reference required at submission.
