Job Summary:

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Work Schedule: 6PM-7AM, no block scheduling with rotating weekends
Weekly Hours: 37.5
Pay Rate: $49.50 on W2
Employment Type: Contract – Correctional Infirmary
Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the infirmary, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the medical team
- Document care accurately and on time
- Work with correctional and healthcare staff to keep patients and the unit safe
- Follow SCDC policies and nursing standards of practice
Requirements
- Active RN license, valid in South Carolina
- Med Surg experience
- Ability to commit to the full schedule, including every other weekend
- Willingness to complete a background check, drug screening, and TB test
- Ability to start on the scheduled orientation date
