**Exciting Opportunity for Operating Room Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic surgical team, primarily caring for veteran patients undergoing various surgical procedures in the operating room. - Apply your nursing skills to: - Assess patient needs and document findings. - Collaborate on interdisciplinary treatment plans. - Implement clinical interventions and evaluate patient responses. - Take on leadership responsibilities by: - Assigning tasks to non-nursing direct care providers in the operating room. - Evaluating their performance and ensuring quality care. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans. - Proficient in a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. - Experience in Level I trauma is a must. - Ability to scrub is a plus. - Must be skilled in circulating for endovascular, spine, neuro, ortho, and ortho trauma procedures. **Education:** - Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required Certifications: - BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - Preferred Certifications: - ACLS - AHA - PALS **Schedule Notes:** - Work hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Shift: 3 x 12 - Every other weekend required. - Holidays required as needed. - On-call requirement after 90 days. - Float requirement to ASC as needed. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
