**Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Operating Room Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional care to veteran patients in an operating room setting. - Utilize your nursing expertise to: - Apply the nursing process for patients undergoing surgical procedures. - Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and evaluations. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. - Lead and mentor non-nursing direct care providers assigned to the operating room. - Gain invaluable experience with: - Level I trauma procedures. - Circulating for endovascular, spine, neuro, ortho, and ortho trauma surgeries. - Opportunities to scrub are a plus! **Requirements:** - **Required Skills & Experience:** - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. - Proficiency in a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel. - **Education:** - ASN (Required) - BSN (Preferred) - **Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS - AHA Certification (Required) - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Compact License (Required) - ACLS - AHA Certification (Preferred) - PALS Certification (Preferred) - **Schedule:** - Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Work 3 x 12-hour shifts - Every other weekend required - On-call requirement after 90 days - Float requirement to ASC as needed **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
