**Join Our Team as a Labor and Delivery RN!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity:** Seeking a passionate and skilled Labor and Delivery RN to work in a high-risk obstetrical unit. - **Unit Highlights:** - 24-bed facility dedicated to women’s health. - Emphasizes AWHONN staffing ratios with excellent support for patient care. - **Patient Care Environment:** - Experience diverse scenarios, including cervical ripening, triage, and active labor. - Work closely with high acuity patients and participate in the recovery of complex cases. - **Shift Details:** - 13-week assignment with guaranteed schedules. - Flexible 3-12 hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. - Weekend rotations required — flexibility is key. - **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP. - Intermediate AWONN fetal monitoring certificate preferred. - **Essential Skills and Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of bedside experience in high risk labor and delivery. - Proven ability to circulate in C-sections and recover high acuity patients. - **Unit Equipment:** - Utilize GE fetal monitors and the Meditech, CPN documentation system. - **Dress Code:** - Scrub color: standard hospital scrubs. - Clean and healthy nails; no artificial or gel nails. - Hair to be neat and clean, pulled back if longer. - Tattoos must be covered; visible piercings beyond ear not allowed. - **Additional Information:** - Ability to float to the antepartum unit as needed. - Adhere to attendance policies and unit guidelines. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
