Assignment Overview
This travel RN position in the Emergency Room (ER) is an opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to provide acute care in a Level 1 trauma setting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with critical care patients and be able to handle a wide variety of cases from minor injuries to severe trauma. This role is suitable for nurses adept at working in a fast-paced environment and proficient in the use of various medical drips and equipment.

- Shift Details: 4 X 12-hour shifts with varied start times
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Holiday requirements are negotiable
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3420.00 (negotiable)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the ER
- Stabilize and treat critically ill patients
- Administer and titrate medications, including vasopressors and cardiac drips
- Collaborate with trauma team and physicians
- Interpret and act on patient rhythms
- Participate in patient assessment and triage
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or initiation of application process
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Experience with trauma and critical care patients
Preferred:
- SANE RN experience
- Experience in a teaching hospital
