Registered Nurse - Cath Lab | Travel | UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing complex procedures and delivering patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role requires prompt responsiveness and a deep understanding of cardiac conditions and procedures.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- Location: UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital
- Work Modality: On-site
- Shift Details: 5x8 Days
- Call Required: 2-3 days of call/week, including rotating weekend call
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3234 (negotiable)
- Charting System: Epic
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
- Monitor patients' hemodynamic status
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Prepare and maintain a sterile field during procedures
- Implement and evaluate patient care, including advanced life support
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- IL RN license in hand
- Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, BLS
- Skills: 3D imaging, angioplasty, arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring
Preferred:
- Experience with STEMI and arrhythmia diagnostics
