Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled RN-Cath Lab to provide high-quality care in an acute setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cardiac catheterization labs, particularly with STEMIs and interventional procedures. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive care to patients with various cardiac conditions.
Assignment Details
- Assignment: Travel
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts with one rotating day off each week
- Call Requirements: Rotating weekday and weekend call coverage, including 24-hour call shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
- Orientation: Individualized, typically includes 1-2 days in each procedural area
- Charting System: EPIC
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $4800.00 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients undergoing catheterization and other diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Assist with STEMI, PCI, diagnostic coronary angiography, and structural heart procedures.
- Participate in pre- and post-procedural recovery.
- Work collaboratively with Cath Lab Technicians and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience
- STEMI experience
- Active IL license or confirmation of application process initiation
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Preferred:
- IR and Neuro IR experience
