📢 Travel RN – Case Manager
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4 × 10-Hour Days (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience
- Recent Case Management / Resource Management experience recommended
Required Certification:
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications:
- InterQual or MCG experience
- CCM or ACM certification
- Epic charting experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Inpatient discharge planning
- Care coordination and care progression
- Post-acute care transitions
- Patient choice compliance
- Regulatory and CMS requirements
- Medical necessity reviews using evidence-based guidelines
- Appeals and denials
- Prior authorizations

- Patient needs assessment and DME coordination
- Documentation and data abstraction
