Facility: Eisenhower Health
Location: California
Position: RN First Assistant (RNFA)
Shift Options:

• 4×10-hour days: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• 3×12-hour days: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  
  Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
  Travel Experience: Required
  Call & Floating: Required
  Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Previous Charge experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• California license must be active and in hand at submission
• BLS required
• CRNFA required
• Acute hospital OR experience
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
• Trauma experience
• Epic experience preferred

Required Clinical Experience

Candidates must have experience across the following specialties and procedures:

• General surgery
• Bariatric surgery, gastric bypass, and gastric sleeve
• Endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures
• Gynecology, including hysterectomy, C-sections, D&C, and vaginal procedures
• Neuro, neuro/spine, ALIF, cervical fusion, kyphoplasty, laminectomy, and spinal fusion
• Orthopedics, including arthroscopy, fracture reduction, ORIF, total hip, and total knee replacement
• Podiatry
• Robotic surgery, including Da Vinci, Da Vinci SP/Xi, and Mako systems
• Urology, including cystoscopy, lithotripsy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and TURP
• Trauma and amputation procedures
• Vascular and cardiothoracic procedures as applicable
