We are seeking an experienced IMC Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Lynchburg, VA. This contract position is ideal for RNs with a passion for providing high-quality care in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMU). Whether you're an experienced traveler or looking to take your first travel assignment, we welcome your application!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the IMU, following established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in their status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to Intermediate and MedSurg Units as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the unit specialty; 2-3 years of overall experience preferred.
- First-time travelers are accepted!
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH.
- Licensure: Candidates with pending certifications will be considered.
- Must be nicotine-free as this is a nicotine-free campus.
