Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse / Circulator – Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Start Date: October 6, 2026
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 36 guaranteed hours per week. On-call required approximately one overnight per week and one weekend per every five weeks. On-call rate is $5 per hour pager pay.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years recent Operating Room circulating experience required

- Flexibility to take patient assignments or perform task-oriented duties in other units when qualified
