Job Opportunity – Care Manager (RN) – Sitka, AK 99835
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Sitka, Alaska
Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week; shift details to be discussed at interview. Overtime available after 40 hours per week.

Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN license required at time of submission
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 8 years of clinical care or nursing experience required
- 3 years of experience in chart review, risk management, or related quality services required
- Case Management certification by recognized certifying organization (NCQA, CCMC) preferred
- Flu vaccine required
- Fingerprint cards must be submitted within 2-3 days of acceptance to avoid start date delays
