Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and other complex assessments.
Shift Details
- Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Block Schedules: Not available
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support).
- Current certification in NIH Stroke Scale.
- Previous experience in telemetry nursing is preferred.
