Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Shift Details
- Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)
- On-call as needed
- Will float to main OR as required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, providing support and expertise to the surgical team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide necessary interventions during surgery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of surgical procedures and patient care.
- Participate in patient education and support pre- and post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RNFA.
- Current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Active Massachusetts state licensure; conditional licenses will be accepted.
