Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ./hr
- Charge/Precept: ./hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply<.> <.> Local Radius rule: No locals - All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license)<.><.>Dress Code: Navy Blue
Orientation Date(s): 11/9, 11/23, 12/7
Winter Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day). Limit of 1 day off request between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27 for all travelers.
8SE Unit Details:
- Types of patients/surgeries: prostatectomy, mastectomy, abdominal surgeries, thyroidectomy, etc.
- Drips Administered: Heparin
- General medical/surgical floor, taking care of post-op patients that require overnight stays.
- 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience - [required]

- The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
