Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium.
- Assist with a variety of elective and emergency surgical cases, including abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedics, vascular, and OB/GYN procedures.
- Efficiently multi-task to ensure smooth and timely progression of surgical cases throughout the day.
- Participate in after-hours call services to staff the OR during nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to maintain patient safety and care standards.
- Maintain current RN license in Alaska and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
- Preferably bring experience from Critical Access Hospital and/or rural Operating Room settings.
- Apply strong OR circulator experience (minimum 3 years required) to support surgical operations.
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, and values of the health consortium.
