Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice
Position Information:

Education & Certifications Required:
- Certifications: BLS
- Education Modules: In accordance with Hospice protocol
Unit Information:
- Patient Ratios: Manage 14-18 patients based on acuity with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day
- Minimum Productivity: 25 units per week
- Equipment Provided: Agency laptop, iPhone, nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment, and agency bag (must be returned upon departure)

Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficiency in EPIC EMR
- Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with PICC lines, dressing changes, trach care, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, Pleurex drains, catheters, lab draws, and urinalysis
- Patient Type: Adults with medical-surgical, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, wound care, GI, and GU needs
- Personality Fit: Collaborative, team-oriented, strong communicator, receptive to feedback
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Business casual or scrubs (any color)
- Unacceptable Attire: Jeans, open-toed shoes, or clothing with holes
Miscellaneous Information:
- Must be able to effectively manage and self-schedule patient visits
- Use of in-home infusion pumps is required; no ventilators or invasive monitoring involved
