Emergency Room (ER) RN – Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center

Location: Johnstown, PA
Shift: 3x12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Openings: 1

Position Details:

• Rapid start required – must be able to start within 2 weeks.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Must have NIHSS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• CEN certification preferred.
• Trauma and critical care experience preferred.
• Must have basic nursing skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be comfortable treating all patient populations.
• No floating required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Weekend availability required.
• No holiday RTO permitted.
• 48-hour schedules available upon request.

• Level I Trauma Center.
• Level III Regional Intensive Care Nursery.
• Provides specialized emergency, trauma, critical care, cardiac, surgical, and maternity services.

Orientation:

• Weekly orientation on Mondays.

Pennsylvania Compliance Requirements:

All required clearances and fingerprints must be submitted before the candidate can be cleared.

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
• Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Fingerprinting.
• FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting (must be completed within the last 2 years).
• PA State Police PATCH Clearance (employment clearance required; volunteer clearance not accepted).

Fingerprinting Registration:
