Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT! We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional patient care in a leading acute-care hospital. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg and Telemetry.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Active RN license is required prior to start date; pending licenses accepted.
- Must be available to work the Christmas Holiday (12/23-12/25).
- Weekend shifts required every other week.
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required.
