Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg Oncology unit.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surg setting.
- BLS certification required.
- Active RN license required prior to start date; pending licenses accepted.
- Weekend shifts required: every other weekend.
- Clinicians must be willing to float within their scope to meet facility needs.
