Submission Requirements
- 2+ Years of Med Surg Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Experience floating to PCU - [REQUIRED]
- Proficient with Telemetry - [REQUIRED]
- Covid Vaccine - Required, exemptions allowed
- Must be able to read and interpret heart rhythms - [REQUIRED]
- Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor
Profile Requirements:
- Work history
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Med Surg/Tele) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Certification Requirements

Shift Notes: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12 Hour Nights - (36 Hour Guarantee) / Will be required to float between Med Surg/PCU / Every Other Weekend / No Call
