RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Pikeville, Kentucky.

- Administered medications, IV therapy, and treatments safely.
- Performed assessments, wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions.
- Collaborated with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educated patients and families and provided discharge instructions.
- Maintained accurate EMR documentation and followed infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
