RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedic Surgery for a travel nursing job in Pikeville, Kentucky.

- Monitored vital signs, pain levels, neurovascular status, and surgical sites.
- Administered medications, IV therapy, and post-operative treatments.
- Provided wound care, drain care, and assistance with mobility and ADLs.
- Collaborated with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educated patients on recovery, mobility, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintained accurate EMR documentation and followed infection-control and safety protocols.
