Schedule: Contract assignment with extension opportunities available up to 18 months

Requirements:
- Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty
- Managerial reference from the past 12 months required (supervisor, director, ANM, or manager)
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Completion of background check and fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
- Negative drug screen (10-panel) within 12 months of start date
- Pre-start modules averaging 6-15 hours (4 hours billable)
