Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Active Ohio or compact RN license in hand
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS listed as a requirement in the portal
- Recent manager/supervisor reference required
- RTO must be disclosed at submission
