**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Med Tele!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Overland Park, Kansas - **Start Date:** 12/14 **Unit Highlights:** - 25-bed Med Tele unit with a focus on renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general med-surg patients. - Patient Ratios: 4-5 patients per nurse. - Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and documentation compliance. - Supportive teamwork environment with charge nurse and tech assistance. **Equipment in Use:** - EKG, bladder scanner, sit-to-stand, hoyer lift, hover mat, Alaris pumps, Pyxis. **Documentation System:** - Meditech - EBCD. **Scheduling Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 shifts per week. - At least every 3rd weekend. **Floating Policy:** - Opportunity to float to like units (Ortho, Neuro, CCU, CDU, SSU, Obs, Rehab). **Patient Experience Focus:** - Commitment to the "2X2's": Nurse Explanation and Nurse Courtesy and Respect. - Daily Nurse Leader Rounds to enhance patient experience, with pre and post rounds for continuous improvement. **Certifications Required:** - ACLS, BLS, Basic Dys. - Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude essential. **Dress Code:** - Royal blue scrub tops. - Royal blue or black pants. - Grey, white, black, or royal blue undershirt. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
