**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN - 3E Neuro/Ortho!** **Job Description:** - **Guaranteed Hours**: 48 hrs preferred - **Start Date**: 12/14 - **Unit Information**: - **Beds**: 32 - **Staff**: 49 - **Day Shift Staff**: 1 charge nurse, 6-8 RNs, 4 PCTs, 1 unit secretary - **Night Shift Staff**: 1 charge nurse, 6-8 RNs, 4 PCTs, 1 unit secretary until 10 pm - **Patient Ratios**: - 1:4 TPC - 1:5 with PCT (can go up to 6 patients with PCT at times) - **Equipment**: Welch Allens - **EMR**: Meditech - **Hiring Profile**: - **Must-Have Skills**: - BLS Certification - **Preferred Skills**: - ACLS or PALS - Basic Dysthymia Class - **Typical Procedures**: - Total joint replacements - Complex spine care - Complex neuro surgery cases - General Surgery - **Best Personality Fit**: - Team-oriented - Thrives in a fast-paced environment - **Floating Areas**: - Med/Tele; Surgical Specialty floor - **Dress Code**: - Scrub Color/Attire: Royal blue top and bottom or black scrub bottoms - **Weekends and On-Call**: - Rotate every 3rd weekend; nights can be either Friday/Saturday/Sunday **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
