Description
In this role, you will independently supervise the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit at a Long Term Care Facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing staff. This position offers shifts available across day, evening, and night, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
