Shift: 3x12 Variable | Minimum 50–70% Nights
Experience: 2 years
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Pending License: Accepted, required prior to start
Weekend Requirement: Equitable number of weekend shifts per schedule period
Float: 0–3 times/month; floating from OB may involve helping hands, sitter/camera monitoring, or CNA-type duties
Scrub Color: Royal Blue
Required Certifications:
BLS
ACLS
AWHONN Intermediate
NRP
Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care in accordance with professional practice standards and unit requirements.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
Document patient care accurately in the healthcare record according to established standards.
Direct and delegate patient care activities to team members based on their education, credentials, and demonstrated competency.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary members of the care team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives.
Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and professional development.
