What are the ratios? This is a home-based position with an expectation of approximately 5 visits per day.

How many years of experience are required?
• 1 year of RN/Home Health experience is required.
• Community hospital experience is preferred.

Are first-timers accepted? Yes.

What is the weekend requirement? No weekends.

What is the shift? 8-hour day shift from 8a-4:30p.

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Clinical will support both Monroe and parts of Pike County.

Which certifications are required?
• CHPN certification is preferred.

• Wound care, pressure ulcer management and drain management experience are required...
• Feeding tube, G-tube, NG tube, ostomy and urinary catheter management experience are required...
• Medication administration experience is required, including IM, IV and subcutaneous medications...
• Peripheral and central line care and phlebotomy experience are required...
• Respiratory experience should include chest tube/PleurX management, nebulizer education, oxygen administration and tracheostomy care...
• Post-death protocol experience is required...
