Job description
Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

Registered Nurse (RN)
As a critical member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler provides essential professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the delivery and management of patient care. The following details outline the responsibilities, requirements, and additional information for the position.
Shift Notes
- Start Time: 0700
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
- Available Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Orientation Dates
- October 26
- November 9
Winter Holiday Requirements
The traveler is required to work two of the following three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day. A maximum of one day off request will be honored between November 25–29 and December 23–27 for all travelers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Room (ER) setting
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Must be able to float within the same discipline across local locations
Certification Requirements
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Employee Policy
Previous employees must note that if they have worked as a traveler in any capacity, they are not eligible to work travel roles in another market for at least 12 months.
Local Radius Rule
All candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on their driver's license.
