Start Date: January 13, 2027
Location: Vermont's Northeast Kingdom
Schedule: Flex shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 guaranteed hours. This is a 91-day travel assignment ending April 14, 2027.
Highlights:
- Join a 24/7 board-certified physician-staffed rural Emergency Department with over 15,000 patient visits annually
- Work in a newly renovated ED (2026) as part of a growing, close-knit emergency care team
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care across a wide range of acute presentations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience the natural beauty and four-season outdoor recreation of Vermont's historic Northeast Kingdom
- Competitive compensation including charge differential, callback rates, holiday premium pay, and on-call pager pay
Requirements:
- Current Vermont RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License
- Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Minimum three years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Familiarity with Meditech strongly preferred; must demonstrate ability to learn quickly
- Reliable personal transportation required (rural location with no public transit or rideshare services)
- Flu vaccination required for all travelers
- All credentialing documentation must be submitted no later than five business days before start date
