Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Case Manager – Petaluma, CA 94954
Start Date: November 30, 2026
Location: Petaluma, CA (with floating to nearby location approximately 30 minutes away)
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Schedule includes every other weekend. Float requirements between two locations; weekly distribution varies (e.g., 3 days at one location, 2 days at another). Patient ratio approximately 15:1 with daily census of 30-35.

- Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in an acute care hospital setting
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and radiology
- 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:
- Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of acute care hospital Case Manager experience required
- Epic charting system experience required (non-negotiable)
- InterQual Criteria experience required (non-negotiable)
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Skills in discharge planning, care coordination, admission criteria, CMS guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with emergency department, ICU, and ambulatory settings preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Clean background check required
