Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Kansas City, MO 64114
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On-call requirement of 8-10 shifts per month. 90-day assignment with 12-hour orientation period.
Highlights:
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a cardiovascular laboratory setting
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the cardiovascular team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, and procedure room readiness
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS certification required upon start and must maintain current
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in Critical Care
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work on-call shifts as scheduled
