Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Interventional Radiology. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients undergoing various interventional procedures.

Schedule

• Shift: Day, 4x9-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
• Additional Shifts: Two 8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:30, or 09:00 - 17:30) and one 10-hour shift (07:00 - 17:30)
• 36 hours/week plus on-call duties
• One weekend per 4-week time block, plus 2-3 weekdays
• Must arrive within 30 minutes when called in
• One holiday on-call required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Interventional Radiology unit.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions pre and post-procedure.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Interventional Radiology.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Neurointerventional experience is a plus.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Locals must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.
