Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Radiology & Procedural Holding – Texas
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 6-week assignment. Day shift primary with rotating call coverage Monday–Friday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and weekends 6:00 AM–6:00 AM. No special scheduling or time off requests during assignment.
Highlights:
- Radiology nursing with focus on interventional radiology, CT, MRI, and ultrasound services
- 1:1 patient ratio in a 10-bay prep and holding unit
- Perform moderate sedation for IR, invasive CT, and MRI procedures
- EMR system: Meditech
- Rotating call coverage as part of team support; you will not be on call alone
- Required uniform: Navy scrubs provided
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required in submission packet
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required in submission packet
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Emergency Room (ER), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred
