Join a leading healthcare provider as a PICU Registered Nurse in Columbus, OH! We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical-surgical units as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility float expectations and be adaptable to unit needs.
- Participate in the scheduling of makeup shifts within the same pay period for any call-out or absence.
**Requirements:**
- Must have a valid Compact or Ohio RN license (if pending, provide ETA in application).
- Certification in BLS and PALS (AHA only) is required.
- Two supervisory references are required, including at least one from a supervisor or manager.
- Must have recent Level 1 experience and at least 3 years of PICU experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- No RTO (Request Time Off) during the contract period.
- Willingness to sign an 8-week contract.
