We are seeking a dedicated PCU Registered Nurse to join our team in a leading acute-care hospital in Los Angeles, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN to work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PCU.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH, and LA Fire Card.
- Weekend availability required: Yes - every other weekend.
- Float within skillset may be required.
- Local candidates accepted; pending licenses are not accepted.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
