Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position is crucial in delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in patient care.
Work Schedule
The position offers flexible shifts including options for 3x12 or 4x10 scheduling. Additionally, there will be one 24-hour call required one weekend per month.
Qualifications
- Current RN license (either Single State or Multi-State Compact).
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an accredited organization.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
