Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, therapeutic, and individualized nursing care to patients and their families in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. The RN is responsible for delivering quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while supporting patients in achieving their individualized healthcare goals.

Provide patient- and family-centered care that supports individualized, holistic healthcare goals.

Perform the nursing process through comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Deliver safe, therapeutic, and efficient nursing care based on each patient's clinical needs and age-specific requirements.

Promote quality patient outcomes and maintain high standards of nursing practice.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex, unusual, or high-risk clinical situations.

Seek additional clinical resources and support when necessary.

Advocate for patients and families while ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Sharp HealthCare Registry – RN Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse serves as the direct and indirect provider of safe and therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients. Care must be individualized and age-specific, utilizing the nursing process to support positive patient outcomes.

Med Ninjas Job ID #7127. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
