What You'll Do
- Assess, plan, and deliver safe, individualized care to an assigned group of patients
- Recognize changes in patient status, including stroke symptoms, and respond quickly
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families through their stay and discharge
- Advocate for patients and families in care decisions
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BSN or ADN
- 3+ years recent RN experience
- 2+ years recent PCU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS
- NIHSS certification
