TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Job Description & Requirements

Surgical Experience Required
Candidates should be comfortable circulating a wide variety of cases, including:
General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Robotics (Da Vinci), Orthopedics, Neuro/Spine, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Eyes, and Trauma
Requirements
- Experience Required: 2+ years OR experience
- Preferred Experience: 5+ years
- Licensure: Active Alaska RN License
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
Schedule & Hours
- Orientation Schedule: Monday, 8-hour day shift; remainder of orientation schedule determined with supervisor on Monday
- Orientation: All orientation hours are billable
- Shift Details: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Hours: 10-hour shifts
- Schedule: Rotating Monday-Friday
Call, Weekend & Holiday Requirements
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, required for call
- Holiday Requirement: Yes, required for call
- On-Call Requirement: Mandatory
Floating
- May float to Endoscopy (Endo) on rare occasions
Housing Information
- Free housing provided for one occupant
- Pet-friendly units are not available
- Reliable transportation is required
