Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience; experience in Med/Surg Tele, neurointerventional care, or interventional radiology is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong patient assessment, prioritization, communication, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to participate in weekday and weekend call rotations
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based nursing practice, and professional development

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients
• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a neurointerventional and interventional radiology environment
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established nursing standards and policies
• Monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly to the care team
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, health promotion, and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to support effective care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to quality improvement, shared governance, continuing education, and a supportive learning environment
